Here are the changes in the small update 0.04.08
Removed hammer requirement to build houses and fences
Allowed more buildings to be built in shallow water
Added a way to interact with bottom inventory bar on controller (DPad)
Fixed frame drop in some situations
Prevented outlaw gangs from forming before day 5
Removed tuto quests, and made the scroll delivery happen on the first day
Taking item when inventory is full, will now put the item selected on your mouse to transfer it (or drop it) more easily
